You can be visited in your own home or somewhere else depending on what suits you. Volunteer visitors are trained and will give you information and emotional support. They can also accompany you to the police station or to court. They can give information about compensation and other organisations that may be able to help you.

You may be referred by the police or make direct contact with your local scheme. Ring the national office 020 3030 900or Victim Support Wiltshire on 01380 729476 to find out where your nearest scheme is. You do not have to have reported your sexual assault to the police to receive our services.
